Know today's number for every prop account, and stop when you hit it.
Consistency rules punish big days. Make more than your safe amount in one day and the firm raises the profit you need before you can get paid. PayoutPace works out the largest day each account can take, sets it as the daily profit target in Tradovate, and sets the loss limit too. The platform stops you at the right number.

The problem
Why accounts don't get paid
The rules blur together
Each firm, and each account type within a firm, has its own consistency limit, minimum days and minimum day size. Run a few and it's easy to trade one account by another's rules.
Overshooting costs you
A 50K account needs $3,000 with no day over 50% of the total. You're up $1,200. A $1,450 day leaves you $350 from payout. A $2,200 day feels better, but now you need $4,400 total, so you're $1,000 away instead.
Then it spirals
After an overshoot it feels like you should already be paid. Pressing to make it back is how funded accounts get blown.
Giving it back
You're up $600 after two good trades. You keep trading. An hour later you're red for the day, or at the firm's daily loss limit, or the account is gone. Most traders have done this more than once.
Exit orders don't keep up
Managing the number with take-profit orders means recalculating after every trade. Take a loss and the exit has to move up. Take a small win and it has to move down. Across a few accounts that mental math pulls your attention off the chart. Across dozens it can't be done.
What it does
One number per account, set before the open
PayoutPace takes each account's firm rules and its history since the last payout, and works out today's profit target and loss limit. It sets both in Tradovate's risk settings, so the platform stops trading for the day when you hit either one. Nothing to remember, no math between trades, no deciding mid-trade whether to keep going.
Once an account's profit is covered, targets drop to the smallest day that still counts toward the minimum days. When every requirement is met, it tells you to request the payout.
Works for evaluations too. Pass without breaking the eval's consistency rule, then get paid on schedule in the funded account.
Running a lot of accounts?
PayoutPace was built by a trader running 40+ funded and evaluation accounts across four firms. One click sets every account under a Tradovate login, with a receipt of what was set and verified.
Your rules
Set limits tighter than the firm's
Firm rules are the outer edge. Most traders do better with their own. Set a fixed daily target, say $350, and PayoutPace puts it in Tradovate as a hard stop on every account you choose. Hit it and you're done for the day, with the profit kept. It works on personal and live Tradovate accounts too.
Set your own daily loss limit too: a fixed amount, a multiple of your target, or a buffer above the liquidation level. PayoutPace never sets a number looser than the firm allows.
Fixed target
Pick a number like $350. PayoutPace uses it unless the firm's consistency rule needs a smaller day.
Even split
Spread what's left to payout evenly across the days you have left.
Max consistency
The largest day the firm's rule allows, then the minimum qualifying day once profit is covered.
